I would tell them that my
apartment is very clean and
well maintained. The
atmosphere is peaceful and
safe. My rent is very
reasonable. Every request for
maintenance has been handled
promptly, with satisfactory
results. I am very pleased
with my accomadations.

It's the only place that i
have stayed at for over a
year. They have a lot of
community events and they make
it easy for you to have
privacy while still being
involved.

kept up and it is ran very
well. The staff is very
helpfull and friendly. The
price is a fair price and a
good value. if your looking
for an apartment Old Farm
Shores is where you should

I would tell them it is a good
place to live. I would
recommend it.

I had an interesting
experience this winter when my
furnace wouldn't turn on when
I awakened. I called the
maintenance department to
explain the situation and
Steve acted like he was happy
to hear from me an couldn't
wait to get over and fix it.
In ten minutes he arrived and
in ten more minutes it was
fixed and he was gone. Fast,
pleasant and effective. The
head of maintenance, Bret, ran
into me later that day and
warned me about the icey
roads. Another great guy. I
have also had consistently
excellent communication and
help from Liegh and Margaret
in the office. If you couple
the service with the beautiful
lake view yo can't go wrong.

very nice apartments.

Living in Old Farm Shores is
like having your own home, It
is very peaceful and the
ammenities are great. I like
having my own washer and dryer
and the large deck allows me
to garden in Spring and
Summer.

I love it. I think my move
here was a good choice
considering the other
apartments around the area.
The one thing i wish i would
have thought about is the fact
that i don't need as much
space for what i am paying. I
live alone, and don't need
this much room as i am trying
to save for college and my
future.
