There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment
Old Farm Shores has breed restrictions. Please inquire with leasing staff for a full list.

PET FEES (Cat and Dog)

Non-refundable pet fee of $300 for one pet, or $500 for two pets.
Pet Rent $30/month per pet.

I’ve been a resident here off & on for 20+ years and I can say other places I have stayed can not compare to old farm. I LOVE my pond view & my sunken living room. If you love listening to water fountains then you will simply adore old farm shore.
