This is genuinely a pet-friendly community - which is a "Treasure" find in Grand Rapids! The staff here treated us wonderfully & did everything in their power to ease our experience & show us the exact apartment to fit our needs & budget. We did not move into this community, but we will advertise & recommend it to others. If our circumstances change, this will be our first place to look.

Absolutely loved living here and sad I had to move. I loved the helpful staff including everyone from the maintenance crew (whom were very responsive and kind) to the leasing/management office. If it weren't for a new job i would have stayed longer.

We love the amenities and community the apartment provides. Their care for the people and animals of the community is wonderful. And the entire staff from maintenance to the office are so kind and wonderful to speak with. I appreciate the groundskeeping whether it’s spraying for bugs to always updating buildings or roads. They stay on top of things.
