I absolutely love living at this apartment complex! The inclusive and friendly community, along with frequent activities and events, make it easy to meet neighbors and feel at home. Whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance, the office staff has been fantastic. They are always approachable, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues that come up. Overall, this community goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and supported. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

My husband, daughter and I had the best experience living here for 2 years! Maintenance was always very fast with getting in to fix things and the office staff were so attentive! We loved all of the special monthly events and amenities! Great communication every month about things that were going on or any construction areas to look out for! Leaving just due to finding new jobs closer to our daughters school otherwise we’d be staying!

After a few months of living here I really like this place! Spacious but relatively cheap rent, great lakeside view, and an enclosed/safe community. (I like feeding the ducks birdseed and my cat likes watching them). Very fast maintenance staff and very friendly people in the office. Would recommend.

Not the newest property in town, but it’s perfect! It’s close to shopping and some great food, but then you come home and it’s like living in a park. I love seeing the wildlife. The pool is amazing and the staff is over the top with all they do for their people. Love them! Love this place!

Old Farm Shores is always on top of all my concerns and requests. They have made my experience here phenomenal and are so easy to approach in the office. Hoping to stay here for the long term and am grateful for the offices’ hard work!

This is genuinely a pet-friendly community - which is a "Treasure" find in Grand Rapids! The staff here treated us wonderfully & did everything in their power to ease our experience & show us the exact apartment to fit our needs & budget. We did not move into this community, but we will advertise & recommend it to others. If our circumstances change, this will be our first place to look.

Old Farm Shores is a fantastic place to live! The apartments are beautiful, and the amenities are awesome. I love the dog park and the pool, and the clubhouse is a great place for parties and other gatherings. The staff is amazing, they are always going above and beyond and treat the residents like family.
